The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certifcation helps to ensure that customers have access to trusted and trained professionals through certification programs. To be an IICRC-Certified Firm, a restoration firm must demonstrate proof of insurance, maintain a written customer-complaint policy with documented follow-up and provide ongoing education and training leading to certification for all technicians. IICRC Certified Firms must also abide by the IICRC Code of Ethics.

One of the world’s largest organizations, the Low Moisture Carpet Cleaners Association works closely with carpet manufacturers, carpet cleaners, equipment manufacturers and consumers.
